The procedure for establishing a Japanese branch (office) of a foreign corporation is broadly as follows.
In some cases, an overseas resident comes to Japan to be the representative of a Japanese branch, or someone enters Japan with the 4-month business manager visa from the beginning. Contact us for details.
STEP1
The provisional representative consults with ACROSEED (office visit/Zoom)
STEP2
We make a written agreement with you, and start working on the job upon your payment.
STEP3
We lease an office to establish your Japanese office location.
STEP4
After submitting a notification of opening of business, we open your bank account.
STEP5
We apply for the representative’s business manager visa (1-5 years) with the immigration bureau to bring over the representative.
STEP6
We take care of acquisition of permits and licenses as needed.
STEP7
The representative enters Japan with the business manager visa.
STEP8
The overseas resident assumes the post of the representative.
STEP9
You start your business in Japan on a full scale.
